How You Can Help the Coastal Trails Coalition

Join

Become a member of Coastal Trails Coalition (CTC) and demonstrate your support and enthusiasm for this project and help get the trail completed in the shortest possible time. Members receive a semi-annual newsletter with updates on trail progress and trail related activities. All funds raised by the CTC are used to seed fundraising activities for trail building and for brochures, mailings and website maintenance.

We have many opportunities for volunteers, from trail building to staffing an information booth to helping with fundraising activities.

We appreciate donations in any amount. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed. Checks may be made payable to Coastal Trails Coalition and mailed to PO Box 1016, Newburyport, MA 01950.

Adopt-a-Trail

Local businesses and individuals can show their support for Salisbury’s Coastal Trails to the hundreds of people who use the trails every day by participating in the Adopt-a-Trail program. Click here for details.

Adopt-a-Bench

Salisbury Coastal Trails is offering an adopt-a-bench program along the newly constructed Old Eastern Marsh Trail (located parallel to Rt 1-Bridge Road). Benches are four foot long granite blocks. These benches will be permanent fixtures on the rail trail and adoption of a bench will be a one-time donation for the lifetime of the bench. Click here for details.
